Introduction to Quantum Physics

Quantum Entanglement:

Two or more quantum particles can be “entangled,” meaning their states are inextricably linked even when separated by large distances. A change in the state of one particle will instantly affect the state of the other, regardless of the distance.

Applications of Quantum Physics

Quantum physics is not just a purely theoretical concept; it has incredibly important practical applications, including:

  • Laser technology: based on the principle of stimulated emission of radiation.
  • Transistors and microchips: fundamental components of modern computers.
  • Medical diagnostics: magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT).
  • Quantum information technology: quantum computers, quantum cryptography.

The Future of Quantum Physics

Quantum physics still holds many unsolved mysteries. Scientists continue to research to gain a deeper understanding of the nature of the universe at the microscopic level, opening up new possibilities for future applications, such as more powerful quantum computers, new materials with special properties, and even time travel.
